We operate out of Kandivali West, specifically in the RNA Regency Park complex on MG Road. It’s right off the New Link Road, so the area is always buzzing with people and cars. We are in the development and infrastructure business, which in Mumbai means we are always dealing with space constraints and a lot of regulations. Our office is in the K 803 section, and it’s usually full of people coming in to discuss project updates or sign off on plans. We work on residential buildings and some smaller infrastructure jobs. It’s a lot of back-and-forth between the office and the municipal offices. We aren't a big, flashy firm with a huge staff. It’s just us, working through the daily grind of construction and development. Some days it feels like we are just moving piles of paper around, but then we get to see the actual progress on the ground, and it feels worth it. The neighborhood is a good place to be, even if the noise from the Link Road never really stops. We don’t promise anything impossible; we just try to get the buildings finished so people can move in. It’s a practical business, and we treat it that way, focusing on the day-to-day tasks that need to get done. We know the local landscape and we just try to keep things moving as smoothly as the Mumbai pace allows us to.
