Parag Fans & Cooling Systems Ltd.

Our place, Parag Fans & Cooling Systems Ltd., is located at Plot No. 1/2B & 1B/3A in Industrial Area No. 1, right off Ab Road. It’s a pretty large plot because we need the room for all the metal parts and the assembly area. The Ab Road area is always noisy with trucks and other factories, so we fit right in. We’ve been here for quite a long time now. The building has seen better days, maybe needs a fresh coat of paint, but it serves its purpose. Inside, it’s all about fans and cooling parts. We have workbenches lined up where the guys put everything together by hand. It’s repetitive work, but you have to pay attention to the balance and the motors. During the summers, we ironically have a lot of our own fans running just to keep the heat bearable. We aren't some high-tech lab. It’s a grit-and-grind type of workshop. We have some old desks in the corner for the paperwork, mostly covered in grease stains and tea rings. Most of our workers have been with us for a decade or more. They know the sounds of the machines better than anyone. We just focus on making sure the fans spin like they’re supposed to. There’s no secret to it, just decent materials and a bit of elbow grease every single day. We stay until the last fan is boxed up and ready to go.
