Raj Aarna Food Products

Talk about Nagukhedi. The Ujjain Road gets really busy around noon. We are at number 13/1/2. It’s a decent sized place for what we do. We deal with food products mostly. There’s always a lot of cleaning to do. You can’t really avoid it when you’re working with grains and such. The staff comes in early. Most of them live nearby so they walk or take bikes. We don’t have a big corporate office. It’s just the warehouse and a small room where we keep the books. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, so we are always sweeping. We’ve got bags piled up in the corner. Some days are busier than others depending on what’s coming in. We don’t have fancy machines for everything. A lot of it is just hands-on work. We check the bags, weigh them, and make sure they are closed right. It’s not glamorous at all. Ujjain Road has a lot of trucks passing by all night. You get used to the noise after a few weeks. We just try to get the orders ready before the sun goes down. It’s a simple living. We don’t think much about big goals. We just want to make sure the food we pack is okay for people to eat. That’s the main thing we do every day. It keeps us going and pays the bills.
