MALTI MANI REAL ESTATE DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED is run by Smt. Malti Devi, the wife of Sri Sukhram Pd Mani. Our office is located at 6MF/4/128 in the B H Colony of Kankarbagh, Patna. Kankarbagh is a huge residential area, so there is always something happening on the streets outside. We have been in this spot for quite a while now. The office is part of the family home, which makes it feel very informal and welcoming. We don't have corporate uniforms or a strict 9-to-5 feel. Usually, someone is always around to answer the door if a client stops by to talk about property. We deal with real estate in and around the Patna area, helping people find bits of land or helping them with the paperwork for their homes. It can be a bit confusing with all the different regulations, so we spend a lot of time at the local government offices. The office itself is full of old maps and registers. We don't have a big digital setup. Most of our records are still in physical files. It is a bit crowded with all the furniture, but it works for what we need. People in B H Colony know the Mani family, so we get a lot of our work just from being part of the neighborhood. We don't do much promotion. We just try to help people get their property matters sorted out without too much trouble.
