Magadh Precision Equipment Limited is located at number 11 in the Industrial Area off A.B. Road. This location is pretty ideal for us because being so close to the main road makes it easy for the big trucks to get in and out with our equipment. The industrial area itself is exactly what you would expect—lots of warehouses, the sound of machinery hummings in the background, and people in overalls moving around. Our building is a simple structure that has been through a lot of rainy seasons. We have a small office section at the front, but most of the space is dedicated to the workshop in the back. That is where all the noise comes from, with the grinding and the welding going on throughout the day. It isn't a place for someone who likes peace and quiet. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings, and there is always the smell of machine oil in the air. We have a small team, and most of the guys have been with us for years, so we all know how to work around each other. We usually have our lunch together in the shade of the main bay if the weather is nice. We don't spend any money on fancy signs or marketing materials. Most of the people who deal with us already know where we are and what we can do. We just focus on keeping the machines running and meeting our deadlines every week.
