Khedapati Hotel & Resorts Private Limited is located at 5 Kothi Road in the Civil Lines area of Dewas. Dewas is a place that many people just drive through, but we have been here for quite some time. The Civil Lines part of town is a bit nicer because there are more trees and it feels a little more open than the center of the city. We have a decent-sized property here. It is not a luxury resort like you might see in a magazine, but we try to keep it comfortable. Running a hotel in Dewas means we see a lot of people coming in for factory work or business meetings. Our days are filled with the usual stuff like managing the kitchen, making sure the linens are washed, and talking to the local suppliers. We aren't some big international firm. We are just a local business trying to make a living. The building on Kothi Road has been there for years, and we have to do a lot of maintenance to keep it looking okay. Sometimes the garden gets a bit overgrown if we don't watch it carefully. We don't have any grand missions or goals. We just want to make sure that when someone stays here, they have a decent bed and a working fan. That is pretty much all there is to it. We keep our staff small and stay busy with the work ourselves.
