Jsm Developers & Engineers is located at Pithrashi Bhawan. If you're looking for us, we are right in front of the Lnb Club. It’s a fairly well-known landmark, so people don’t usually have much trouble finding our office. We do a mix of things here, mostly focusing on the development and engineering side of things. Pithrashi Bhawan is a solid building, and our space is set up to handle all the drawings and plans we work on. It isn't a polished corporate showroom. It’s more of a place where real work happens, with rolls of paper and technical tools lying around. Being across from the Lnb Club means there’s often something going on across the street, which makes the days more interesting. We’ve got a small team, and we all wear a few different hats. Sometimes we are out on a site, and other times we are at the desk in Pithrashi Bhawan. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just build things and make sure the engineering is right. It’s a practical job, and we take it one day at a time. The local area knows us, and we know the area. We have been in this spot for a bit now, and it suits us just fine. It’s a simple, hardworking atmosphere where we just focus on the task at hand and get things done right for everyone.
