Aaradhya Disposal Industries is based out of E-1 in the Industrial Area No. 1. We’re right off A.B. Road. It’s a dusty place, as you’d expect from an industrial zone. We handle disposal and recycling stuff. It’s not the cleanest job in the world, but someone has to do it. The machinery is loud and we spend a lot of time wearing earplugs. We have a small team here, mostly local guys who don't mind getting their hands dirty. The office is just a small room at the front where we keep the records. We use old desks and the printer is always jamming. It’s a bit frustrating but we make it work. We’ve been here for a while now, watching other businesses come and go. A.B. Road is always busy with trucks, so the noise never really stops. We don't have any fancy brochures. People just know we’re the place to go for disposal needs in this part of town. We focus on getting the trucks in and out as fast as possible. Efficiency is important when you have a line of vehicles waiting. We don’t do big presentations. We just talk to the drivers and the site managers and get things sorted. It’s a basic operation but it’s ours. We take pride in just doing the job without any fuss. It’s hard work, but it’s steady and that is all we need.
