Geetanjali Education Academy

Geetanjali Education Academy is right here in Dewas, specifically at 93-94 Anand Rishi Nagar. If you know the main road area, you probably pass by us quite often without thinking much of it. We have been working out of this building for a while now, dealing with the usual things that come with running a local school. Every morning, the street gets pretty busy with parents dropping off their kids before heading to work. It’s a bit noisy because of the traffic, but once the gates close, things settle down a bit. Inside, it’s mostly just the sound of chalk on boards and kids reciting their lessons. We don’t have fancy stuff, just regular classrooms and desks that have seen a lot of use over the years. The staff here are mostly local people who live around this part of Dewas. We spend our days making sure the kids actually finish their work and stay out of trouble during the breaks. It’s hard work, especially when the weather gets really hot in the afternoons and everyone just wants to go home. We try to keep the fans running and the water coolers filled. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just have to open the windows wide and keep going. It isn't always perfect, and things break down sometimes, but we get the repairs done and start again the next day. That is just how it goes here in Anand Rishi Nagar.
