Out here at 10 B & C in Industrial Area No. 1, things move at their own pace. We are right on A. B. Road in Dewas, which is a busy stretch of highway for trucks. You can hear them rolling past all day and night. We have a fairly large space, but it’s mostly taken up by the production line and raw materials. It’s a straightforward operation. We make parts and products that people actually use. The sun can be pretty brutal in the afternoons, so we try to get the heavy lifting done early in the morning. Our team is local, mostly folks who live nearby and have been with us since we started. There aren't many frills here. The office is just a corner of the main building with a few desks and a water cooler. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to. Most of the real work happens on the floor with the tools and the heat. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s what happens when you’re actually producing something. We keep our overhead low and our focus on the tasks at hand. People stop by to pick up orders or just to chat about a new project they have in mind. We’ve been part of this industrial landscape for a long time, and we like the rhythm of life on A.B. Road.
