Caterpillar Homes Private Limited is based out of the first floor in Ramashish Market. If you've been down Bailey Road in Patna, you probably know the area—it’s always humming with activity. We share the space with Sudhir Kumar’s office at Plot No 470. It’s not a quiet place, especially with the market right downstairs, but it keeps us on our toes. We focus on housing and home projects, which keeps us pretty busy year-round. Sometimes the stairs up to the first floor feel a bit steep after a long day on a construction site. We have a lot of samples and blueprints scattered around most of the time. People come in and out, asking about progress or looking at designs. Patna is growing fast, and we are right in the middle of it. We don't really bother with expensive decorations or slick sales talk. We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and try to get it done. The traffic on Bailey Road can be a nightmare in the evenings, but being centrally located helps us reach different parts of the city without too much trouble. We've been in this market for a while now. It feels like home to us, even with all the noise and dust from the street. We just keep our heads down and handle the building side of things as best as we can every day of the week.
