Balearic Infra is based out of Kanpur in Uttar Pradesh. You can find us at House Number 11, Mini LIG, in the Indra Nagar area. It’s a residential-feeling spot, not a big industrial zone, which gives our work a bit of a different feel. We are mostly into infrastructure, as the name suggests. Kanpur is a city with a lot of history and a lot of dust, and we are right in the thick of it. Working out of an LIG house means we don’t have those massive lobbies or receptionists in suits. It’s usually just a couple of us sitting around a table with some tea, looking at maps and project schedules. We don't believe in using big words to describe what we do. We just build things and try to make sure they stay up. Indra Nagar is a decent place to be, and being at house number 11 makes it feel more like a home than an office sometimes. We have been doing this for a bit and we’ve learned that a simple approach usually works best. People around here know us, and we know them. It’s a local business through and through. No big bells or whistles, just the daily grind of trying to get things built in a city that’s always moving. The neighborhood is pretty quiet for the most part, except for the usual city noises. We like the balance of being in a home-based office.
