It’s a beautiful part of the country, though it can get quite cold and snowy in the winter months. Alamdaar Projects is a local business and we’ve been operating out of this house for a while now. We don't have a fancy corporate headquarters with glass walls. Instead, we use a part of the house to manage our projects and meet with people when they come by. It feels more personal and comfortable that way. Most of our work is spread out across the district, so we are often out on the road visiting different sites. When we are in the office, we’re usually catching up on paperwork or planning the next stage of a build over a cup of tea. The local community here is tight-knit, and everyone knows where House 20 is located. We don't really do much in the way of big promotions or flashy advertising. We just rely on doing a decent job so people talk about us to their friends. It’s a simple life and the work is steady enough. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow out here in Badgam, but we manage to get things done eventually. We’re proud to be from here and working on local projects that matter.
