Our site is located at Bhatiya, which is in the Kalyanpur Taluka of the Jamnagar district. If you have ever been out this way, you know it is a lot of open land and it can get very dusty very quickly. We work with minerals and chemicals, so the environment here is quite industrial and rugged. There are big machines moving around and trucks lined up for loading most of the time during the day. It is not the kind of place where you would ever want to wear a nice suit or clean shoes. We all wear sturdy boots and work clothes because it is a messy and tough job. The sun beats down on the yard all day, making the ground quite hot under our feet. We focus on getting the materials processed and sent out to where they need to go. We do not have a fancy website or a marketing department. We just talk to the people who come to the gate. It is a lot of coordination between the workers and the truck drivers. Sometimes the machinery breaks down and we have to fix it right there on the spot. That is just part of the daily grind for us. We have been a part of this landscape for a long time now. The local people from Bhatiya and the nearby villages make up most of our workforce. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
