Sumicon Engineer

Sumicon Engineer is situated right by the Moti Khawadi Gate. If you are in Jamnagar for any kind of industrial work, you have likely passed this way once or twice. It is loud here most days because of the trucks and the heavy machinery moving around the gate area. We do a lot of the mechanical stuff that keeps things running for the local plants. The office is small and usually smells a bit like diesel and metal. We don't have a lot of space for lounging around, so we are usually busy on the shop floor or out at a site. Jamnagar can be incredibly hot, and the tin roof doesn't help much in May, but we just keep the fans going and get on with it. We have a few regulars who stop by for tea and to talk about the local news while we wait for parts to arrive. It is a very hands-on environment. You won't find anyone wearing a suit here. We wear work clothes that can get dirty because they definitely will. Sometimes the electricity cuts out and we have to wait a bit, which is frustrating but it gives us a chance to catch our breath. We just focus on getting the repairs done so our customers can get back to their own jobs. It is basic, hard work that we've been doing for years.
