Acb Garment Solutions

Down here at No. 23 South Achampatti in Devarkulam, things move at a certain pace. We call ourselves Acb Garment Solutions, but really we just help get clothes made and fixed. There’s a lot of thread around here. We spend a lot of time looking at patterns and trying to figure out the best way to put things together. The building isn't brand new, but it holds all our stuff and stays cool enough when the sun is out. Some of the workers have been here since we opened. We talk about the local news while we work. It’s not a big corporate factory with uniforms. People just show up, do their shift, and go home to their families. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a batch of shirts or whatever the order is. The road outside can be a bit dusty. We try to keep the fabric covered so it stays clean. It’s a lot of repetitive movement, sitting at the benches and making sure the seams are straight. We don’t spend money on ads or big signs. Most people just know where we are because they’ve been coming to this part of Devarkulam forever. We just focus on the task in front of us and try to get it done right so we don't have to do it over again. We keep some extra scrap fabric in the corner for anyone who needs a patch.
