Guru Hardware & Electrical

I run Guru Hardware & Electrical at number 2 on Budigere Road. It’s a straightforward shop. We keep a lot of wires, pipes, and tools. Budigere Road has been growing lately, so there are always people fixing things up. I spend most of my day cutting wires or counting out screws for customers. It’s a dusty job but I don’t mind it. The shop is small and the shelves are high. I have a ladder I use constantly. Sometimes I can’t find a specific wrench right away, but it’s in there somewhere. I don't like those big supermarkets where you can't talk to anyone. Here, you just walk in and ask me what you need. I’ve been at this address for a few years. It’s a busy location for a hardware store. People from the nearby houses come in when a tap leaks or a light goes out. I try to keep the basics in stock. Electrical stuff can be tricky, so I try to make sure I have the right parts. It’s not a fancy place. Just a floor covered in bits of metal and some boxes. Budigere Road is where I spend all my time. It’s a simple life running a local shop. I close up when I’m tired and go home. That’s the benefit of being the owner. I usually start the day with a cup of coffee and a quick sweep of the entrance. It keeps me going through the long afternoons.
