Our office is right next to the Ind-Swift Pharma building on Barwala Road in Bhagwanpur. It’s a busy industrial kind of area. You see a lot of trucks and workers moving around all day long. The building is pretty basic. We share the road with a lot of other pharmaceutical outfits. Inside, it’s mostly just work tables and stacks of medical device components. It’s not the quietest place because of the machinery and the traffic outside, but we’re used to it. The Bhagwanpur location works well for us because we’re close to our suppliers. We spend a lot of time on our feet, moving between the storage area and the assembly space. It’s a lot of hands-on work. The break room is just a small corner with a kettle and some chairs. We usually eat our lunch quick and get back to it. It gets dusty on Barwala Road, so we’re always wiping down the equipment. We don’t have any big corporate banners or anything. It’s just a regular metal and concrete building where we get things done. Most of us have been here since the start. It’s a steady pace, nothing too crazy, but we stay occupied. People usually find us by looking for the Ind-Swift landmark. It’s an honest day’s work in a busy part of town. Sometimes the truck drivers get lost looking for the specific gate, so we have to go out and wave them down on the road.
