The drive out to Intelligent Materials Pvt. Ltd. takes you through Village Sundran and along the Mubarakpur-Sundran Road. It is a bit of a trek if you are coming from the main city, and the road can get pretty bumpy after it rains. We are situated right near Parabolic Drugs, which is the main landmark everyone uses to find us because the GPS sometimes gets confused with the village lanes. Being out here near the fields makes for a different kind of workday than being in a crowded industrial park. You see a lot of tractors and local livestock passing by the front gate. Our building is a solid, functional structure that fits right into the local landscape. Inside, things are kept simple and organized because that is the only way to manage the workload we have. We do not have a big reception area or anything like that. Usually, you will just find a couple of us at our desks or checking on things in the storage area. It gets quiet in the evenings once the shift ends, which is a nice change from the morning rush. Most of the people working here live in the nearby villages, so there is a real local feel to the place. We just focus on our daily tasks and try to make sure everything is handled correctly before we lock up for the night.
