Our place, Armediq Healthcare India, is located at SCO 22 in the New Shakti Nagar Market. We are right by the bus stand, so there’s constant movement and noise outside our doors. It’s a very active spot with buses coming in and out and people rushing to catch their rides. Our shop is where we manage a variety of healthcare products. It’s not a very large space, so we have to use every inch of the walls for shelving to keep things organized. Usually, the day starts with the sound of the first buses and we begin sorting through the previous day’s orders. We have a lot of walk-in traffic because of the central location. People often stop by while they’re waiting for a bus to ask about certain healthcare items or prices. It can get pretty hectic in the afternoons when the market is at its busiest. We have a couple of desks squeezed in the back for the paperwork and bills. The floor is often covered in bubble wrap or cardboard from unboxing shipments. We aren't a corporate office with glass walls; we’re just a local business in a busy market spot. We try to keep things moving as quickly as the people rushing outside. It’s a bit dusty and loud because of the traffic, but we like being in the middle of everything. We just focus on getting the healthcare supplies to the people who need them.
