We are located on Sapaha Road in Kasia, not too far from Laxmi Talkies. Most people use the cinema as a landmark to find us. It’s a good neighborhood with plenty of activity throughout the day. At Umar Travels & Tours, we mostly look after people who need to book trips or find a way to get to the city. We started this business because we wanted to work for ourselves and we knew a lot about the local roads. The shop is pretty basic. We have a couple of desks, some chairs, and a fan that works most of the time. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, but we keep the door open to get a breeze. We don't have a fancy website or a huge team. It’s just us handling the bookings and talking to the people who walk in. A lot of our customers are neighbors or people who have been coming to us for years. We try to be straightforward about prices and times. Sometimes the system goes down or there are no seats left, and we just have to tell people how it is. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in Gorakhpur, just a reliable one here on Sapaha Road. If you need to go somewhere, you can just stop by after a movie at the talkies or whenever you are passing through. We will be here.
