You can find Sindian Constructions over at Saiphuddin Ansari’s place in Ahirauli Baghel. It is in the Bhatpar Rani area of Deoria. We are a small construction group that stays busy with local jobs. The village and post office are both right there, so it's a central spot for us. We do a lot of the building work that people need around here, like houses or small commercial spots. It’s not a glamorous job. We spend most of our time dealing with contractors and checking on site progress. The office is really just a desk and some chairs in Deoria where we handle the legal stuff. Being a private limited company means we have to keep everything strictly by the book. Saiphuddin looks after a lot of the day-to-day things. We don't have a big corporate team. Usually, it's just a couple of us making sure the materials arrived and the workers are doing okay. The roads in this part of Uttar Pradesh can be a challenge during the rainy season, which slows us down. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just try to get the walls up and the roofs on before the next big storm. It's just how we make a living. We’ve been part of this community for a long time and plan to stay. There is always something new being built in Bhatpar Rani, and we are glad to help out where we can.
