Shribalaji Construction Private Limited is located out in Village Padari Mall, which is in the Deoria district of Uttar Pradesh. Ravi Pratap Mall handles things here, following in the footsteps of Brahma Mall. Being in a rural area like Meer Deoria means our construction work is really tied to the local community. We build things that people here actually need. It might be a small house, a wall, or something for a farm. We don't have a big office building or a staff of hundreds. It is more of a family-run feel. We know the land around here very well. Construction in a village is different than in the city. You have to be more resourceful sometimes because you can't just run to a big store for every little thing. We use local labor and try to keep things straightforward. We don't do any big advertising campaigns. If we do a good job on a house, the whole village knows about it by the next day. That is how we get our work. We spend a lot of time outdoors, dealing with the heat and the dust. It is hard work, and we don't try to make it sound like anything else. We are just here in Padari Mall, building things for our neighbors and trying to make a living doing it. It’s a slow and steady process, and we like it.
