Shree Group Debaria

Out here in the village of Lavakani, things are a lot different than the city. We are part of the Gauri Bazaar block. Shree Group Debaria is basically our way of working together in this area. It’s a quiet place, mostly fields and small houses around. Our office is just a simple building near the post office. We spend a lot of time dealing with local matters and helping out with whatever the community needs in terms of services or supplies. It's not a high-pressure environment. Most of our work involves talking to people face to face. We know everyone's family and their history. Since it’s a rural area, we have to deal with the weather and the harvest cycles, which affect how busy we are. Sometimes the roads are muddy after the rain, so getting things delivered takes longer than we'd like. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Word of mouth is how everyone knows about us. We just sit together, have some tea, and plan out what needs to be done for the week. It’s a practical way of living and working. We are just local people trying to make things run smoothly in Lavakani. There isn't much more to it than that. We stay busy enough and that's plenty for us. Sometimes we close early if there is a village festival or something important going on.
