You can find us right on the Main Road in Kasia. We are quite close to the Government Hospital, which makes it easy for people to locate us when they are in town. This travel shop has been our daily life for years. We mostly spend our time booking tickets and helping people figure out how to get from one place to another. It gets pretty loud outside with all the traffic going towards the hospital, but we are used to it by now. We don't have a big team or anything, just a couple of us working the desks and answering the phone. People come in for all sorts of things, like catching a bus to Gorakhpur or trying to find a train seat last minute. We do our best to find something that works. Sometimes it's hard when everything is full, but that is just how travel goes. We keep things pretty straightforward here. No big signs or flashy stuff inside. Just some maps on the wall and a few old computers. It’s a local business, so we know many of our customers by name. They stop by for a chat even when they aren't traveling anywhere. We open up in the morning and stay until the work is done. It's a busy life, but it’s what we know. If you are walking down Main Road, you'll probably see us near the hospital gate where the traffic slows down.
