S.B.G.C. Developers And Infrastructure Private Limited is based out of Baitalpur in the Deoria district. Our main contact point is with Chandra Bhan Singh, son of Kapil Deo Singh. We are very much a local operation rooted in this community. Baitalpur is a small place, so our reputation is everything. If we don't do a good job, everyone knows about it by dinner time. We focus on development and infrastructure projects around Deoria. It is mostly about getting our hands dirty and making sure the projects actually get finished. The office is a simple place where we keep our files and meet with the guys to plan the week. We don't have a lot of time for fancy talk or complicated brochures. Most of our work comes from people seeing what we have done elsewhere and asking if we can do the same for them. It is a lot of coordination with local laborers and making sure we have enough materials on hand before the prices go up again. Sometimes the trucks get stuck or the electricity goes out at the site, and we just have to figure out a way to keep working. We aren't some massive corporation with a huge budget. We are just a local business that tries to be fair and do the work the right way. It is a simple life, mostly spent outdoors or looking at blueprints, but it is what we do best.
