Rai Tractors

Rai Tractors is located on Rudrapur Road, and we are right next to the ICICI Bank. It makes it easy for people to find us when they are coming into town. The yard is usually full of tractors and different bits of farm machinery. There is almost always some grease on my hands and a few oil spots on the ground. That’s just part of working on engines all day. The road outside is busy with people moving between the farms and the city. It can get pretty dusty in the summer months. We don't have a fancy showroom with glass walls. It’s just a practical workspace where we can get under the machines and fix what’s broken. We spend a lot of time talking to the farmers who stop by. We’ve been here at this spot for a good many years. We know the regulars and we know the quirks of the older tractor models. It’s a long day, starting early before the heat gets too bad. We have a small area with a couple of chairs where people can sit while we look for a part. It’s a simple setup. We aren't trying to be anything more than a local tractor shop. We do the work, we talk to the customers, and we keep the place running. It’s a good life on Rudrapur Road, even with all the noise and the dirt. We stay busy until the bank closes up.
