Out here in Village Khesari Gidahan, things move at their own pace. Kazstroyservice Infra. India Ltd has been set up in this part of Kushinagar for a while now. It’s a quiet area, mostly farmland around us, but we stay busy with the infrastructure side of things. Post Parsouni Khurd is the main landmark for anyone trying to find us. We aren't big on flashy signs or corporate talk. It is mostly just the sound of machinery and people talking about logistics. The office isn't much to look at, just a place to keep the files and have a cup of tea between shifts. Sometimes the power goes out, or the roads get muddy after a big storm, but we keep going. Working in Uttar Pradesh has its challenges, but we like it here. We know the local guys and they know us. We don’t pretend to be some giant global entity when we are sitting here in the dirt. It’s just honest work. We deal with pipes, roads, and whatever else needs fixing or building. Every day is a bit different. One day we are chasing down supplies and the next we are just waiting on a delivery. It is a bit of a grind, but it is our grind. We are just a bunch of regular folks trying to do right by the project and the neighborhood.
