Ankit Nidhi Limited

Ankit Nidhi Limited is a small outfit located in Chiwra Gali, right by the Hatwa Bazar in Bhatni-Deoria. If you’ve ever walked through that market, you know it can get pretty crowded with everyone buying their daily groceries and supplies. We are tucked away in that alley, which makes it easy for local folks to drop in while they are out doing their shopping. We mostly help people save a little bit of money every month. It’s a Nidhi company, so it’s all about the members helping each other out. We aren't bankers in fancy outfits; we are just neighbors. Some of us have lived in Deoria our whole lives. We started this because we saw that a lot of people didn't want to deal with the big banks in the city. They wanted someone they could talk to in their own language about their small savings. Our office isn't much to look at, just some chairs and a ledger, but it’s where the work happens. We try to keep the paperwork simple so nobody gets confused. Sometimes the fan makes a bit of noise, and the tea is usually too sweet, but that's just how daily life goes here. We aren't trying to sell anyone anything they don't need. We just provide a place for people to park their hard-earned cash and maybe take a small loan for a rainy day.
