Our place is out in Mahuabari, which is a part of Deoria. It is a pretty quiet area for the most part. AJAY APS CONSTRUCTION LLP is run by a few of us who grew up right around here. We work out of Ajay Kumar Singh's place at address 274001. It is not a fancy glass office building, just a regular spot where we keep our tools, some ledgers, and a few chairs for visitors. We do mostly local construction work. If a neighbor needs a wall fixed or a small shop built, they usually give us a call. We know the soil in this part of Uttar Pradesh and we know what works for the local weather. Sometimes the heavy rains slow us down, especially during the monsoon months, but we just pick up where we left off once things dry out. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. Most people find us because a friend told them we did a decent job on a house down the road. That is how it has always worked in Deoria. We keep things basic and don't make things more complicated than they need to be. We show up, we do the work, and we go home. It is about building things that are going to last for a long time. We aren't trying to be the biggest company around, just a reliable one for our community in Mahuabari.
