Balaji Stone Exports

Balaji Stone Exports is out in the Riico Industrial Area in the Tonk district. Being in an industrial zone means there is a lot of dust and noise, but that is just part of the stone business. We have our space here where we manage the export side of the stones. Tonk is a bit of a drive, but it’s where all the action is for this kind of work. The yard is usually full of slabs and pieces waiting to be moved. We spend most of our time outside or in the small office building we have on the lot. The sun can be really strong out here in the open, so we try to get the heavy work done early in the morning before it gets too hot. Trucks come and go all day long. It isn't a pretty place, just a lot of stone and machinery. We deal with the logistics of getting these heavy materials to where they need to go across the country or overseas. It’s hard work and the days are long. At Balaji Stone Exports, we don't worry much about how things look, as long as the stones are handled right. The Riico area is pretty vast, and every plot is doing something different. We know our neighbors and we all just get on with it. It’s a gritty, real environment. We are just a local operation in Tonk making sure the export orders are filled.
