Winsam Foundation

We operate out of Jarmundi, which is a well-known area because of the Basukinath temple nearby. Our office is actually at the residence of Ashok Bauri, who is the son of Lakhi Bauri. It’s a local spot in Gardipo. Being in this part of the country means we see a lot of people passing through, especially during the pilgrimage seasons. Winsam Foundation is just a small operation, and we don't have any big corporate goals or anything like that. We mostly just focus on the work right in front of us. The office is tucked away, so it stays relatively quiet compared to the main roads near the temple. We spend our days handling various bits of admin work and chatting with the locals who happen to drop in. It’s a humble place, and we haven't changed much about the building since we started. Most of the time, we’re just sitting around the main table, going through papers or planning out what we need to do for the next week. The air is pretty fresh out here in Jarmundi, which makes the work day a bit more pleasant. We aren't looking to be the biggest organization out there, just one that stays steady. It feels good to be part of the community here. We know the neighbors and they know us, which is how things usually go in a place like Basukinath. We just keep the doors open and get our daily jobs finished.
