We operate out of Deoghar in Jharkhand. Our office is set up at Su-Neerh in Purandha, under the care of Sri Sushanta Kr Biswas. It’s a quiet part of town, which we appreciate. Being an industrial company sounds like we might have a massive factory right here, but this is more of our administrative base. We’ve been in Jharkhand for quite some time. The work involves a lot of coordination and making sure the production side of things is running smoothly elsewhere. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking reports. It’s not particularly glamorous work, but it’s necessary. The office at Purandha is quite modest. We have a few desks and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. We don't really go for a polished look. We're more interested in getting the paperwork right and making sure everyone gets paid on time. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just have to wait it out. That's just life here. We’ve got a small, dedicated group of people who have been with us for years. We know each other's families and how everyone takes their tea. It's a comfortable environment. We just do our best to keep the business moving forward without making too much of a fuss about it. It's just a regular day's work for us, and we are happy to be based here in this part of Deoghar.
