Shivam Water

We are located right in the middle of the Jasidih Main Road Market, which is a very busy place to be. Shivam Water is situated near the Durga Mandir, so we hear the temple bells throughout the day and see the crowds of people coming for prayers. Being in Deoghar, especially near a landmark like that, means there are always pilgrims and visitors moving about. Our shop is simple and filled with water containers and supplies. Since we are in the market area, there is always noise from the street vendors and the rickshaws. It can be a bit overwhelming if you aren't used to it, but we have been here long enough that it just feels like background noise. We spend a lot of time moving heavy cans and making sure our stock is ready for the day's customers. The floor is often a bit damp from the water, and we don't have any fancy air conditioning, just a ceiling fan that does its best. We are local people serving the local community and the travelers who pass through Jasidih. There are no corporate rules here, just a few of us trying to run a decent business and stay on good terms with our neighbors. When the market gets crowded in the evenings, we usually just stand by the door and watch the world go by. It is a honest way to spend the day in a town that feels very alive.
