Shiv Shristi Builders Private Limited

Our small office is over in Caster Town, in the 52 Bigha area of Deoghar. If you’ve been to Deoghar, you know it gets quite crowded, especially during the festival seasons when pilgrims come through. We are tucked away in a more residential-feeling part of town. Shiv Shristi Builders is really just a group of us who have been doing local construction for a while. We aren’t located in a big commercial plaza. It’s a basic building where we keep our records and meet with people. Deoghar is growing, so there is always something being built or repaired. We try to keep ourselves busy with local contracts. Most of our days are spent out in the heat, looking at foundations or checking on wall progress. The office in Caster Town is where we return in the evening to deal with the bills and the paperwork. It’s usually pretty quiet inside, a nice change from the noise of the construction sites. We don't have any fancy signs or a big marketing team. People usually find us by word of mouth or by seeing our name on a site board. We just use simple tools and work with the people we know. It’s a very local operation. We’ve seen the 52 Bigha area change over the years, and we are just happy to be part of the community here. There’s always work to be done, and we just take it one project at a time.
