Ratnapriya Contractors Private Limited

Ratnapriya Contractors is run from a place called Kamlalaya in Bajrang Colony. We are located in the Karnibagh area of Deoghar. It is a residential neighborhood, so it feels very different from a typical business district. We are based out of Ambika Devi’s house. Deoghar is a place where things move a bit slower, and we like that. We do general contracting work for various buildings and local infrastructure. Our setup is very simple. We have a couple of desks and some old wooden chairs. Most of our records are kept in big registers rather than on a computer. We spend a lot of time walking to different sites nearby or taking a rickshaw to meet suppliers. The monsoon can be tricky here because the roads in the colony get quite muddy, but we still manage to get out. We are basically a family business and we know everyone on the street. We do not have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. If someone needs something built or repaired, they usually just walk over and talk to us. It is a very direct way of doing business. We have been in this area for a long time and plan to stay. It is just about doing the daily work and making sure we do not leave things halfway finished.
