Our office is in Castair Town, right on Maa Tara Lane. If you know where the SBI Bompass Town branch is, we are very close to that. Deoghar is a busy place, but our little lane is a bit tucked away from the main noise. Parinika Skills India started out because we saw a need for people to learn practical things they could actually use. We don't have a big fancy lobby. Instead, we have a couple of rooms with chairs and tables where the learning happens. It’s a basic setup, really. We spend most of our time here just going over materials and talking with folks who stop by. The neighborhood is mostly families and other small businesses. Sometimes the mail gets mixed up because the lanes are narrow, but we’ve lived and worked here long enough to figure it out. Being in Deoghar means we see people from all over the local area. We keep things grounded and don't use any big words to describe what we do. It’s just a place where skills are taught. We open up in the morning and stay until the work is done. It’s a bit cramped when we have a full house, but we make it work. It’s an honest way to spend the day, helping people learn something new in our corner of Jharkhand. The SBI branch nearby is always crowded, so that’s the best way to tell people where to turn off. Inside our space, it’s mostly just whiteboards and markers and a few old computers that we keep running.
