Mahadev Palace

Mahadev Palace is located on Bihari Lal Chakraborty Road in Castairs' Town. It is an older building that we have been using for a long time. We have rooms for people to stay in and we also have space where people can host their small functions or family gatherings. It is not like those big modern hotels you see in the cities. It has a more traditional and simple feel to it. My cousins and I take care of everything. We do the bookings on the phone and we make sure the rooms are cleaned up. It is a family-run thing and we don't have a big corporate office or anything. We don't really do any marketing. Most of our guests come to us because their friends or family stayed here before. The road outside is usually not too loud, so it is a decent place to get some rest. We keep the rooms basic with just what you need. We are not interested in adding fancy gadgets. We just want to have a honest place for people to stay. Sometimes it gets very busy when there is a wedding or a festival nearby. We all have to jump in and help out during those times. It can be stressful but we manage. We have been part of the neighborhood for many years and we know most of the people around here. It is just a normal, everyday business for us and we like it that way. We just keep the doors open for everyone.
