We are located down Ganga Hari Lane, which is a pretty narrow spot. Maa Tara Telecom is just a tiny shop, honestly. Most of our day is spent hunched over a workbench looking at tiny circuits and broken phone screens. People come in when they have dropped their phone or when the battery won't hold a charge anymore. It is a bit crowded inside the shop because we have stacks of boxes filled with chargers, cases, and old spare parts. The lane outside is too small for big cars, so it is mostly just neighbors walking by or kids on bicycles. We do not have any big flashing signs, just a small one so people know where to turn. It is a family-operated place. Someone is always sitting behind the glass counter trying to figure out a tricky repair. We end up talking to the folks who live nearby quite a bit. It is much quieter here than on the main road. Sometimes we just help an elderly neighbor with their phone settings and don't even charge for it. It is nice to be helpful like that. The lighting in the shop is a bit dim, so we use these bright desk lamps for the detailed work. We have been in Ganga Hari Lane for a long time and everyone knows us. We don't have plans to go anywhere else. It is just a basic place where we fix things.
