We have been here on Bhagalpur Road for a good while now, right by Mr. T.P. Jaiswal’s Vijaya Stores. It is a busy spot in Dumka and we are right in the middle of it. Most days start pretty early with the food deliveries coming in and the crew getting the kitchen ready before the first people walk through the door. We are not doing anything fancy here, just making the food and trying to keep the place clean enough for the neighbors. Sometimes the power goes out or the street outside gets real noisy with the traffic, but that is just how it is around here. It gets pretty hot in the back when the fryers are going all afternoon. We have a few tables where people can sit down to eat and talk. It is not a huge space, but it works for what we need. The staff mostly lives nearby, so we all know the shortcut routes home after the shift finally ends. We try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait too long for their order. It is just us working hard every day to make sure the food is ready when you are hungry. You can find us easily if you know where the old stores are. We do not have a big sign or anything too flashy, just the name on the front and the smell of cooking coming out the door. It is a simple setup and we just focus on the orders.
