You can find us over at Meena Bazar Bank Colony, in Ward No- 6, right here in Madhupur, Deoghar. We’re located at Ashok Rajak’s place. It’s a familiar area for us, and we like being part of the neighborhood. We started Isikan because we wanted to provide some consultancy services to people in the local area who might find the big firms too intimidating or expensive. Our office is basically just a room with enough space for us to work and for a client to sit down and talk. It’s simple and functional. We don't have any big mission statements or anything like that. We just wake up, come to the office, and see what needs to be handled that day. Sometimes it's helping someone with a bit of advice on their business, and other times it's just sorting through a pile of paperwork. Being in Deoghar, we get to see a lot of different people, and that keeps the work interesting. We try to be as helpful as we can without making things too complicated. The tea stall nearby is where we usually take our breaks and chat about how things are going. It’s a modest way to run a business, but it feels right for us. We’re just local people trying to make things work for ourselves and our neighbors in Madhupur. We don't need much more than that to keep us satisfied.
