Godda Om Namah Shivaya Constructionprivate Limited is based out of Motia, which is in the Poreyahat sub-district. We are located care of Chandra Shekhar Mandal. It’s a local setup in Godda, and we’ve been working in this area for a good while. Construction is what we know. We don't have a big corporate structure with different departments. Usually, it's just a few of us making sure the materials arrive on time and the workers know what they are doing for the day. Being in a place like Poreyahat, you have to be resourceful. You can't always get everything you need immediately, so you learn to plan ahead. We handle various building projects, mostly small stuff that people in the district need. We don't go in for flashy advertising. Most of our work comes from people talking to each other. We just try to be fair and do the job like we said we would. Sometimes there are delays, that's just the nature of construction, but we always finish what we start. The office is a simple place where we keep our tools and paperwork. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to build solid structures that will last for the people living here. It’s a lot of hard work in the sun, but it feels good to see a project completed at the end of the day.
