Family-Future Nidhi Limited is listed under the care of Rameshwar Mahto. We are located in Gango Marni, which is in the Giridih area but falls under the Deoghar district. It can be a bit confusing for people who aren't familiar with the local boundaries. This part of the country is quite green and has a slower pace than the big cities. We work out of a modest building that looks like many others on the street. Inside, it’s just the usual office stuff—ledgers, some pens that always seem to go missing, and a few desks that have seen better days. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on being there when people need to find us. The road outside can get a bit muddy when the monsoon hits, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the floors during those months. We have a small group of people working here, and we all know our roles. There isn't much hierarchy; we just do what needs to be done to keep the office running. Most of the folks who walk through our door are people we’ve seen before. It’s a familiar environment. We don't try to be something we aren't. We just provide a place in Deoghar where the paperwork gets handled without a lot of unnecessary drama or fancy talk. It is just a regular local business.
