Our office is on College Road in the Pathar area of Madhupur. Rajeev Ranjan is the one who helps us keep things running here. Deoghar is a busy district, but Madhupur has its own pace. Being on College Road means we see a lot of students and teachers walking by every day. It keeps the energy up. We aren't some big-city firm with suit-and-tie rules. Most days, we’re just in our casual clothes, dealing with whatever comes through the door. The building is an old one, so it has some character, like the way the door creaks when you open it. We don't have a lot of high-tech gadgets. A couple of old computers and some notebooks are mostly what we use. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit muddy, but that’s just part of living in Jharkhand. We don't put on any acts. What you see is exactly what you get. We handle our paperwork, talk to the locals, and try to keep things moving forward. It’s a practical life. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just know what we have to do and we do it. If you’re ever in Madhupur, you can find us near the college. We’re usually there until the evening. We sometimes share a meal in the small breakroom when the work is finished.
