Bhagwati Spices

Bhagwati Spices is out in Malda Village, right near the Post Office. We are in the Gawan Tehsil part of Giridih District. If you know the area, we are quite close to Neem Chowk. It’s a rural spot, so things move a bit slower than in the big cities. We deal with spices every day, and the smell stays on your clothes long after you go home. Our shop is just a basic brick structure, nothing fancy at all. We spend a lot of time sorting through things and making sure the quality is okay for the local folks. The weather out here in Malda can be tough, either too dry or too wet during the monsoons. We just take it as it comes. Being near the Post Office means we see everyone who comes into the village for their mail. It is a small community, so everyone knows who we are and what we do. We don't have a website or anything like that; we just talk to people face to face. Neem Chowk is the main landmark for us, and it is where most of the activity happens. Life in Giridih is simple, and our business is just the same. We work hard, keep the shop open, and try to be helpful when someone comes by looking for something specific. It’s a lot of manual work, but we don't mind it much. This village is our home and this is our life.
