Asmik Engicon India is based in Deoghar. You can find our office on Bidhubhusan Sarkar Road in the Barmasia neighborhood. We are located at Janki Sharan Prasad’s place. It’s a standard residential-commercial mix area, which suits us just fine. We do engineering and construction work, mostly around this part of Jharkhand. The office is pretty basic. It’s got a couple of desks, some chairs for visitors, and lots of folders for our different projects. We started this company because we saw a need for reliable engineering services in Deoghar. It’s a growing town, and there is always something being built or repaired. We aren't a massive company with branches everywhere. We are just a local team that knows the area well. Most mornings start with a lot of noise and planning before the crews head out to the sites. We don't use fancy titles or follow strict corporate rules. Everyone just chips in where they are needed. Sometimes it gets stressful when materials don't arrive on time or the weather turns bad, but we just deal with it as it comes. We appreciate the people who trust us with their projects.
