We have been operating out of Karanibad for a while now. Chandan Kumar, who is the son of Rabindra Singh, started this company to handle construction work around Deoghar. It is not some huge office with glass walls, just a regular place where we get together to figure out the next building site. Being in Deoghar means we see a lot of changes happening in the neighborhood every day. Sometimes people come by the house to talk about their plans for a new floor or a boundary wall. We take those jobs and try to get them done without too much fuss. It is mostly local boys working here. We know the roads and where to get decent sand and bricks around 814112. It gets dusty and loud on the sites but that is just how construction goes. We do not have a fancy marketing team or anything like that. If someone needs a developer, they usually find us through word of mouth or by seeing our boards at a site near the main road. The paperwork side is handled from the Karanibad address. It is a quiet area when there is no work going on. We just focus on the task at hand. If there is a problem, we fix it and move on. That is the way we have always done things here. Construction is hard work but it keeps us busy through the seasons. We are just a local bunch trying to do honest work for our neighbors.
