Achheylall Mangal Prasad

Our shop is right on MG Marg in Ward Number 11. It is an old part of town, very close to the Baidyanath area. The family has been doing this for a long time, though I do not remember exactly when we first started at this location. The street is always loud with rickshaws and people walking by to the temple or the market. We have a lot of different things inside, mostly traditional stuff that has been our trade for generations. It gets a bit cramped in the shop because we try to keep a bit of everything on the shelves. Sometimes you have to move a few heavy boxes just to find a chair to sit on. We know most of the people who walk past our door every morning. It is that kind of place. We open up early and stay until the sun goes down and the street lights come on. The building itself is quite old and has a lot of character, or at least that is what I tell people when the paint starts peeling a bit. Dealing with customers takes up most of our time, and there is always someone stopping by for a chat or to ask about a specific item they need. We just keep things running the way they always have been for years. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning to night. We don't need much more than that.
