We are based in Delhi, which is a city that never really stops moving. Our place is simple and fits right into the local rhythm. It is not one of those fancy offices in a glass building. We have a modest setup where we handle our daily tasks. The noise of the traffic is a constant background sound here, but we’ve grown used to it. Inside, it is just us working at our desks with a lot of papers and mugs of coffee. We don’t spend money on expensive furniture or decorations. We focus on getting through the work that needs to be done. The team is small, and we all know each other's families and stories. It feels more like a small community than a workplace. We have our routines, like the time the mail arrives or when the local food vendor comes by in the afternoon. Delhi can be a tough place to navigate, but we have our own little corner where things make sense. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. This is just a place where we come to work and do our bit every day. It’s practical and a bit messy, just like life in the capital. We take things as they come and try to keep a sense of humor about it all. There is no mission statement on the wall, just a calendar with some dates circled.
