About The Shopping Fever – Fashion & Trends in Delhi
Down in Yamuna Vihar, at C-7/155, things are a bit more relaxed than in the main markets. The Shopping Fever is a local spot where the neighbors usually stop by. It’s a small place, really, but we packed it with as much as we could. I live not too far from here, so the commute is just a quick walk. Every morning, I sweep the front step and arrange the items near the door. We don't have a big fancy sign, just the one that’s been there since we opened. The walls are painted a simple off-white, and we have some old wooden counters that have seen better days. A lot of the time, the kids from the nearby houses come in just to look around. We know most of the families on this block. It’s more of a community hub than just a shop. Sometimes we run out of change and have to run next door to the grocer to swap some bills. It’s those little things that make the day interesting. We don't use a computer for everything; I still like writing things down in my notebook. The air is usually a bit cooler here because of the trees on the street. It’s a quiet life, but it keeps us busy enough. We just focus on keeping the shelves stocked and making sure the place stays tidy for whoever walks in. It's just a simple life running a small shop in our own neighborhood.
